We may use behind-the-scenes content, process documentation, and images or clips from your project on our social media and in our portfolio, and may tag you or your venue. Nothing identifiable is published until you have seen the first preview of your own material.
You have three controls over this, all set out in clause 1 of our Terms:
Ask us in writing and we will publish nothing from your project until after final delivery, at no charge.
Ask us at any time to take down any individual image or clip, and we will remove it.
Request permanent exclusion from our portfolio and social media, in writing before the shoot, for an exclusivity fee of 15% of the total project value.
4. Consent of others at your event
Under clause 17 of our Terms, you are responsible for obtaining consent from any identifiable person who may object to appearing in the final deliverables. If a guest raises a concern with us directly, write to us and we will remove the relevant material from anything we publish.

We share it only with people who help us deliver your project: crew and second shooters, editors, colourists, album and print suppliers, cloud storage and delivery providers, payment processors, and our accountant. Some of these services store data on servers outside India.
6. How long we keep it
Retention follows clause 18 of our Terms.

Your delivery link stays live for two months from the delivery date. Download everything within that window.
After the link expires, you can request a free re-upload at any time within three months. Each free re-upload stays live for two weeks.
After that three-month window, re-uploads are chargeable at ₹3,500 per request and depend on the material still being available.
We do not guarantee that files remain available beyond these periods. Please keep your own copies of everything we deliver.
Enquiry records, contracts, payment acknowledgements, and invoices are retained as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing contact data is deleted on request.
7. How we protect it

Material is copied off cards as soon as practicable after each shoot, held in more than one location, and cards are not reformatted until a backup is confirmed. More than one copy is maintained until final delivery.
